Not received a confirmation email?

I have not received a confirmation e-mail? Why? Does it mean that you cannot provide a car?
Answer
No, we are happy to announce that all booking requests are confirmed instantly. As we have a huge car pool it is very unlikely that we would not confirm your booking. Even if such an unlikely event occurred we would let you know at the time of the booking that a vehicle could not be provided. The only exception is when booking luxury limousines; these bookings are not confirmed instantly.
How does our confirmation system work? After your booking is completed, an automatic email is sent to you. This email is just a confirmation that we have received your booking. Your booking is thus confirmed but requires human validation. Within a few hours, our staff check all the details entered and if correct flight details or pickup address have been provided, we send a second and final confirmation email. If incorrect details are entered you might be asked for additional details. If an incorrect email address is entered we will send you an SMS message or our staff will give you a call.
If you do not receive a confirmation email there could be several reasons.
1) Sometimes there is a problem with spam filters. Please check your spam folder as this seems to resolve most cases. This applies particularly when you have a Hotmail or Yahoo e-mail account.
2) Check that you have typed the e-mail address correctly.
NO ANSWER - If nothing helps, just create a ticket to our help desk section (or email us) and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually in a couple of hours).
