How to lodge a complaint?
Question
In the unlikely situation of any kind of problem please follow these instructions.
Answer
1) Let us know exactly what happened and provide as much relevant information as possible so that we can deal with your complaint promptly. Please also include your booking reference number (if you have one). Submit your question via our helpdesk under the complaint category or email us.
2) Based on your facts we will investigate your claim.
3) We usually respond after a few days and if you are eligible we will issue compensation or a refund.
4) If possible we return your money to your card/PayPal account. If this is not possible we either send you a cheque or cash via registered post.
All refunds and compensation claims must be made within 30 days. Beyond that period you are not entitled to refunds/compensations but we will still investigate your complaint.
