General refunds policy
Question
All information regarding refunds and cancellation.
Answer
Cancellation before you travel: If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, you are eligible for a full refund (if you have prepaid it). Also, you need to inform us at least 3 hours before your scheduled arrival time in Prague if you have booked an ordinary vehicle. If you have booked a limousine, a 24-hr cancellation notice is required.
Partial refunds: We reserve the right to consider and decline any partial refund. For example, if you have paid for the return trip and used just one part we might grant you a partial refund (usually we recalculate the price based on the one way trip minus refund expenses).
Method of refund payment: If possible, we return your money to your payment card or to your PayPal account. If this is not possible we will post you a cheque.
Travel Insurance: If needed, we are happy to provide a letter to assist with a travel insurance claim.
