Booking

If you want to book an airport transfer just fill in the form or call us. You can pay upon arrival by cash or by credit card online (advance payment). You can also pay by credit card directly to our driver. As opposed to taxi and public transport, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can get to the airport or from it whenever you choose.

Arriving at the airport:

Having passed through customs and the baggage reclaim area, passengers will be welcomed by our taxi driver who will be holding a card with your name printed on it. We will wait for you no matter what, even if your flight is delayed.

On the way into the centre of Prague we provide tourist information (public transportation, security and other topics) while we point out interesting sites along the way.

If your arrival to Prague will be within 2 hours or if you prefer to speak to one of our agents, please give us a call otherwise fill in the booking form. If you do not want to book an airport transfer directly then you can call us when you arrive at Prague Airport on our toll free phone number.

Travel time/distance airport <-> hotel

Depending on the location of your hotel and on the traffic, it takes between 15 and 40 minutes from the Airport to your destination in Prague. Distances from Prague Airport to hotels in Prague range from 5 to 35km (the city centre / Old Town is 20km or 25min drive from the airport).

Leaving for the airport:

The driver will pick you up at the hotel reception or in front of your apartment house.

Arriving at the train station:

Once you arrive at the Main Train Station, you will see our driver waiting at the train station hall, just next to the Burger King restaurant, and holding a card with our company logo and your name printed on it (once you get from the platform to the arrival hall you will have to pass Burger King; it is very easy to find). If you arrive at any other train station, including the Holesovice Train Station, our driver will wait at the train station platform (the one your train arrives at), again holding a card with our company logo and your name printed on it. Even if your train is delayed you will be welcomed by our driver at no extra charge.

Arriving at the bus station:

Once you arrive at the Main Bus Station Florenc or any other bus station, our driver will be waiting at the bus stop (the one your bus arrives at) holding a card with our company logo and your name printed on it. Even if your bus is delayed you will be welcomed by our driver at no extra charge.
