Absolutely No Risk

If you are not satisfied after using our service and you can provide adequate reasons and explain the situation, then we guarantee to give your money back! Even if you have not paid for your transfer in advance you are entitled to compensation (e.g. if you order a transfer and choose cash payment but the driver arrives late, you will not be charged. Or, if your driver does not show up and you have to use alternative transport we will pay you for your inconvenience, even though you have not paid for the transfer in advance). With our generous terms and conditions you have nothing to lose.

Our promise

If we fail to pick you up at the arranged time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will compensate you for the inconvenience (subject to our conditions). However, we will only pay your claim if you contact us immediately if you cannot find our driver at the arranged time (a local free phone number is provided). We will not pay a compensation amount greater than the cost of the journey booked.

Payments

If you pay by credit card online, our drivers are informed that the payment has been made, so there is nothing more you need to do. When choosing to pay by credit or debit card on the spot (when arriving in Prague) please note that we do not accept Maestro or Visa Electron cards. If you pay cash to the driver and are booking a return journey, please pay the full amount for both journeys when you arrive at the hotel. Once you have paid, the driver will give you a transport voucher which you can give to the driver on the return journey in lieu of money. However, if for some reason you prefer to pay for each journey separately, this is not a problem. When paying in cash we accept Czech currency (CZK), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US$. If paying by credit card we charge your card in CZK (the exchange rate may vary, depending on your bank exchange rate). If you have the option to pay by invoice (available only for EU corporations), the due date of the invoice will be within 14 days from the date of issue.

Waiting Fee Charge

If you require a multi-stop transfer (for example, you go to one location, we wait for you, and then you continue to somewhere else) there will be a waiting charge of 220 CZK / hr (7.30 GBP). If your flight (or train) is delayed we do not charge any additional or waiting fees.

Cancellation (ordinary taxi, shuttle, coach)

If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, visit the link provided in the confirmation email, send us an email, or call us prior to your departure (at least 3 hours before arriving in Prague). If you have already paid, you will get a full refund. If you are booking a return transfer and paying by credit card, no partial refund is available. If your flight has been cancelled by your airline please let us know so we can inform our driver.

Limousine Cancellation (luxury vehicles)

Cancellations of luxury limousines (Lincoln vehicles – etc.) are subject to different cancellation terms and conditions. The reservation cancellation has to be made at least 24 hours prior to the planned trip, otherwise we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
