Hola soy Montserrat Calvet Verges el pasado dia 9 de Junio 07, concertamos un servicio de limousine del aeropuerto al hotel thalia, nuestro avión llego dos horas mas tarde de lo previsto a las 2:00 horas de la madrugada y su chofer nos espero y nos trato de manera muy amable y cortes con nosotros y el dia 14 Junio 07 nos vfino a buscar el chofer a las 1¨:45 horas de la mañana del hotel thalia al aeropuerto un chico muy puntual, amable y servicial. Hemos ido a Praga de vacaciones y nos lo hemos pasado muy bien gracias al hotel y a sus servicios que nos han proporcionado una gran tranquilidad y profesionalidad. Una vez de vuelta a casa queria decirles lo agradecidos que estamos al servicio dado por ustedes. El chofer de la ida nos esperó a pesar del retraso al haberse perdido nuestras maletas y el de la vuelta llego al hotel 10 minutos antes de la hora pactada con lo que ni nos dio tiempo a ponernos nerviosos. Se agradece. Lo recomendaremos.

Sirva el presente para manifestarles nuestra satisfacción por el servicio realizado en ocasión del traslado aeropuerto de Praga-hotel-aeropuerto. Luis de Quixano.

Tan ba cerrado debido a una tormenta de nieve. Nos llevó gratuitamente a una cafetería local para comer en lugar de tener que esperar en el aeropuerto, mientras que estaba al tanto de cuándo se restauraría el servicio en el aeropuerto. Es normal esperar un servicio fiable y confortable, pero el suyo fue simplemente excepcional. Estén seguros que les recomendaremos con mucho gusto.

Debo escribirles esta carta de agradecimiento por el excelente servicio prestado el pasado domingo, 31 de diciembre. Nuestro vuelo llegó mucho antes, incluso a pesar del mal tiempo. A pesar de ello, su conductor ya nos estaba esperando y tal y como estaba previsto nos llevó al hotel Victoria. Cuando regresábamos ya nos estaba esperando en la recepción del hotel. De nuevo, muchas gracias.

Quería sólo comentarles el servicio de primera clase que recibimos. La recogida en el aeropuerto fue perfecta y la recogida del hotel, a pesar de que habíamos cambiado de hotel, fue exacta. Al mismo tiempo quiero decirles que es verdad lo que escriben sobre el abuso de precios en los taxis, he viajado unas 6 veces la misma distancia desde nuestro hotel en taxi y ni una vez pagué la misma cantidad. Una vez más gracias por un excelente traslado desde el aeropuerto.

Una pequeña observación sobre el excelente transporte desde el aeropuerto en ocasión de nuestra reciente visita a Praga. Nuestro avión llevaba algo de retraso y además tuvimos problemas con el equipaje, lo que nos retrasó todavía más. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuando su conductor nos estaba esperando con una sonrisa y nos llevó a nuestro hotel. Les deseamos mucho éxito y expresamos nuestro agradecimiento.

Nuestras gracias más sinceras por el excelente servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto el 28 de agosto. El conductor nos estaba esperando en el hall de llegadas del aeropuerto con un ramo de rosas para mi mujer en ocasión de nuestro 30 aniversario, justo como lo había planeado. En el traslado al centro de Praga nos facilitaron multitud de consejos y recomendaciones. Ambos conductores fueron muy respetuosos y nos ayudaron con todo. La próxima vez que vengamos a Praga volveremos a utilizar sus servicios.

Arrived back from Prague yesterday, just a line to thank you for a very efficient service, punctuality and courtesy of your drivers was excellent, many thanks will recommend your company.

Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the airport shuttle on our recent visit to Prague. (Sunday 16th - Wednesday 19th April) Peter was there on our arrival (although we were over one hour late), and Martin was on time to pick us up for the return journey. Just a quick e-mail to say how impressed we were with your service. The driver was very efficient and was waiting in a conspicuous place away from the crowd so we had no difficulty in spotting him. The drive into Prague was pleasant and we felt secure in the knowledge we were going to our hotel without the dread of being ripped off by a less than honourable taxi driver. The return journey was in a similar vain and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check in. Wish to complement you on the service that you provide, we had two different drivers, Ing Libor Kapicka and his brother. They were both superb, pointed out places of interest that we passed and were interested in our experiences in Prague. If your other drivers are as good you will be very successful. If you can put on your website a feedback section I will be very happy to be the first to give you justified praise. One suggestion if you and your drivers are able to do it under local regulations, offer the customers from the airport a two or three hour trip to introduce them to Prague and provide them with a decent map. The ones we had were difficult to read but we did get one from checkpoint scale 1: 15000 that helped us to move about the city. The taxi driver Petr was waiting for us even though the flight had been delayed by 2 hours and then was at the Hotel as planned for our return to the airport. I just want to say how very pleased and satisfied we were with the service we received from your Company when we visited Prague last week. A driver was there waiting for us at Arrivals, with our name clearly visible. He was charming - took our cases to the nearby taxi - and in a short time we were at our Hotel, K.K.Fenix. Again, the same driver arrived very promptly to pick us up for our return journey, at the specified time. We are grateful to you for being so efficient and reliable.
