Bonjour. Un grand merci pour votre prestation. Nous avons réservé un taxi pour notre arrivée vendredi 13 juin 2008. Le chauffeur etait présent, une pancarte a notre nom, dans le Hall d'arrivée. Tout était conforme à ce que vous nous aviez indiqué. Nous avons également commandé un taxi de retour, le dimanche matin pour le dimanche 17h. Nous n'avions pas donné d'adresse fixe, seulement la place vanceslas metrio Mustec. La encore, vous avez pris la peine de nous appeler, de nous fixer un rendez vous à une place fixe. Le chauffeur était là en avance ! Apparement, comme il nous à un peu chercher, vous avez encore pris la peine de nous appeler. Prestation de qualité avec des chauffeurs très gentils. Dans le cadre d'un minitrip de trois jours à Pragues en décembre 2007, j'ai opté pour une prise en charge de votre société pour mes transferts aéroport-hôtel-aéroport. Malgré un changement d'hôtel, et ce une heure avant mon départ, à mon arrivée le chauffeur disposait de la bonne adresse. Je surtout tenais à souligner la gentilesse et l'amabilité de votre chauffeur. C'était la deuxième fois que j'utilisais vos services et le chauffeur se souvenait de moi, c'est le petit geste qui compte quand vous arrivez après un long trajet en avion. Je laisse une recommandation très positive: Ayant acheté Voyage et Hôtel à Prague pour la Toussaint 2007, il me restait à trouver les transferts moi même. Site découvert sur Internet, très fiable, commande suivie. A l'aéroport pas de problème malgré un avion qui avait un peu de retard, le chauffeur nous attendait. Avec un anglais de base, aucun problème. Sympa et ponctuel. Paiement en espèces au chauffeur sur place comme convenu et idem pour le retour. Ravis du service, comparaisons faites sur place, ce site reste le moins cher. Hyper fiable, je le recommande chaleureusement. Christophe PICOD

Il y a quelques jours, nous avons profité de vos services pour nous rendre de l´aéroport au centre de Prague.  Durant le trajet, nous avons reçu des informations nous indiquant ce qu´il fallait faire à Prague, à quoi faire attention, etc. Lors du voyage retour, Lukas, notre chauffeur, nous a dit que l´aéroport était fermé à cause de la neige.  Il nous a gratuitement emmené dans un café local pour que nous y prenions notre déjeuner plutôt que de nous faire attendre inutilement à l´aéroport. Entre-temps, il s´est informé pour savoir quand l´aéroport serait rouvert.  Il est normal d´attendre un service confortable et fiable, mais le votre était tout simplement extraordinaire.  Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous recommander.

Il faut que je vous écrive pour vous remercier des excellents services que vous nous avez offerts le dimanche 31 décembre.  Malgré le mauvais temps, notre avion est arrivé bien avant l´heure prévue, mais votre chauffeur nous attendait déjà et, comme prévu, il nous a emmené à l´hôtel Victoria.  Le jour du départ, il était à l´heure pour nous attendre à la réception de l´hôtel. Encore une fois merci.

Je souhaite simplement vous parler du service, excellent et de première qualité, que nous avons reçu.  Le chauffeur était parfaitement à l´heure lors de notre arrivée à l´aéroport et lors de notre départ de l´hôtel et ce, malgré que nous ayons changé d´hôtel durant notre séjour.  Je voudrais également dire que ce que vous écrivez sur le prix des taxis est malheureusement vrai. J´ai prix 6 fois un taxi pour faire le même trajet et je n´ai jamais payé la même chose. Encore une fois merci pour votre parfait transfert au départ de l´aéroport.

Juste une petite remarque concernant l´excellent service que vous nous avez réservé lors de notre visite de Prague.  Notre avion était en retard et en plus, nous avons eu des problèmes avec nos bagages, ce qui nous a encore plus retardé.  Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise lorsque nous avons aperçu votre chauffeur souriant et qu´il nous a emmené à notre hôtel comme c´était prévu.  Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès et encore une fois merci.

Un grand merci pour l´excellent service au départ de l´aéroport en date du 28 août dernier. Le chauffeur nous attendait dans le hall des arrivées et comme prévu, il avait le bouquet de roses que je souhaitais offrir à mon épouse à l´occasion de notre 30ème anniversaire de mariage.  Lors du trajet vers le centre ville, votre chauffeur nous a fourni de nombreux conseils et recommandations.  Les deux chauffeurs étaient très aimables et toujours prêts à nous aider.  La prochaine fois que nous irons à Prague, nous nous ferons un plaisir de réutiliser vos services.

I really must write and thank your company for the very good service you supplied when we arrived in Prague last Sunday the 31st of December. Our flight was early despite the terrible weather in England that day. Your driver was waiting for us and told us about Prague as he took us to our hotel Victoria. He was waiting in our hotel reception on the 4th January to take us back to the airport. We would definitely recommend your transfers to everybody who travels to Prague. I booked a return taxi transfer for 4 persons from Prague Airport to Prague City centre a few days before arriving on 29th June 2006. The service provided by "Prague Airport Transfers" was absolutely first class. The driver was waiting for us at the Arrivals exit with my name very clearly visible on a large card. He was very courteous and carried all our luggage to the nearby taxi. During the transfer he pointed out various places of interest and on arrival carried our luggage into the hotel. The same driver arrived exactly on time at our hotel for the return transfer 3 days later and put our luggage on a trolley on arrival at Prague Airport Departures Terminal. We plan to return to Prague soon and will definitely use "Prague Airport Transfers" again. Highly recommended!, Graham Welch

Despite an initial mix up at Prague airport re-pick up this was quickly resolved. The driver Peter was courteous and efficient, and a great driver I may add. Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the excellent service provided to us on our recent trip to Prague. We were delayed coming through the airport due to baggage problems but your driver waited patiently and was very welcoming when we finally appeared. He took us to where the car was waiting nearby and as we had our 2 year old with us had even brought a bag of toys to keep her occupied for the journey. Very thoughtful! Wish to complement you on the service that you provide, we had two different drivers, Ing Libor Kapicka and his brother. They were both superb, pointed out places of interest that we passed and were interested in our experiences in Prague. If your other drivers are as good you will be very successful. If you can put on your website a feedback section I will be very happy to be the first to give you justified praise. One suggestion if you and your drivers are able to do it under local regulations, offer the customers from the airport a two or three hour trip to introduce them to Prague and provide them with a decent map. The ones we had were difficult to read but we did get one from checkpoint scale 1: 15000 that helped us to move about the city.
