Wij willen u graag bedanken voor de hulp tijdens ons vakantie in Praag. Uw chauffeurs waren uitstekend en zeer behulpzaam. Wij zullen u zeker aanbevelen aan onze vrienden.

Enkele dagen geleden hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van uw vervoersbedrijf om ons te laten vervoeren vanaf de luchthaven. Onderweg naar het centrum werden wij door de chauffeur ingelicht over wat er te doen is in Praag, wat moeten we vermijden, etc.

Lukas, onze chauffeur tijdens de terugrit naar de luchthaven, heeft ons medegedeeld dat de luchthaven gesloten is vanwege de sneeuw calamiteit. Gratis heeft hij ons naar een locale coffieshop gebracht voor een lunch i.p.v. ons te laten wachten op de luchthaven. Ondertussen heeft hij getracht informatie te krijgen over de mogelijke wederopening van de luchthaven. Het is natuurlijk normaal om betrouwbaar en comfortabel service te verwachten, maar uw diensten waren absoluut uitzonderlijk. Wij gaan u zeker aanbevelen.

Hierbij wil ik u graag bedanken voor de uitstekende service van uw vervoersbedrijf afgelopen zondag 31 December. Onze vlucht was ondanks slecht weer veel eerder aangekomen dan gepland was. Toch werden wij opgewacht door uw chauffeur en naar hotel Victoria gebracht volgens de afspraak. Tijdens onze terugrit heeft hij ons exact op tijd bij de hotelreceptie opgehaald. Nogmaals bedankt.

Ik wil alleen zeggen dat wij een eerste klas service hebben ontvangen . Het ophalen op de luchthaven verliep perfect en bij de hotelreceptie werden wij precies op tijd opgehaald ondaks het feit, dat wij van hotel zijn veranderd. Tevens wil ik bevestigen dat wat u over de taxidienst schrijft, waar is gebleken. Zelf heb ik 6 maal gebruik gemaakt van de taxi om steeds dezelfde rit vanaf het hotel te maken en iedere keer betaalde ik een ander tarief. Nogmaals mijn dank voor een voortreffelijke transfer vanaf de luchthaven.

Slechts een korte opmerking over het uitstekend geregeld en uitgevoerd vervoer vanaf de luchthaven, tijdens ons bezoek aan Praag niet lang geleden. Onze vlucht had vertraging en daarnaast hadden wij problemen met onze bagage, waardoor onze vertraging nog groter werd. Wij waren zeer aangenaam verrast door de aanwezigheid van uw chauffeur, die met een glimlach op ons wachtte en ons naar het hotel vervoerde. Veel succes en bedankt.

Hartelijke dank voor de transfer vanaf de luchthaven op 28 Augustus. In de aankomsthal wachtte de chauffeur op ons met een groot rozenboeket voor mijn echtgenote ten ere van ons 30 jaar durende huwelijk. Dit alles was precies zo afgesproken. Onderweg naar het centrum van Praag werden wij goed ingelicht en hebben veel aanbevelingen gekregen. Beide chauffeurs waren zeer behulpzaam en beleefd. Tijdens ons volgend bezoek aan Praag willen we graag opnieuw van uw diensten gebruikmaken. Andere Bestemmingen: Naast de reeds in het bovenstaande schema vermelde bestemmingen kunnen wij vele andere bestemmingen aanbieden. Van en naar andere steden, trips naar het platteland, de bergen, meerdaagse trips en nog vele meer. Stuur ons alstublieft uw aanvraag en wij zullen u ons beste aanbod toesturen.
Wij garanderen vriendelijke, engels sprekende bestuurders en betere prijzen dan de gewone taxi bestuurders U bieden (nog niet te spreken over de praagse taxi-dieven). Als welkomstgeschenkje krijgt U een gratis plattegrond van Praag.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would just like to say a very big thank you for all your help in making our holiday to Prague a very memorable one. Your drivers were fantastic and extremely helpful. We enjoyed having the drivers taking us to and from the airport and how professional they were and friendly was very much one of the highlights of this amazing experience. UK We used Prague Airport Transfers. On our journey into Prague, we were given really useful hints about what to do. On our return transfer, Lukas, our driver, told us the airport was closed because of snow. He constantly sought to find out more information and even took us to his local cafe so we could get some lunch rather that just dump us at the airport. When we arrived at the airport, he waited to make sure we did not need him to take us back into Prague. As well as the normal things to expect such as reliability, value and comfort, in our mind, this was exceptional service. I would definitely use this company again. Alan Gravett

I booked a return taxi transfer for 4 persons from Prague Airport to Prague City centre a few days before arriving on 29th June 2006. The service provided by "Prague Airport Transfers" was absolutely first class. The driver was waiting for us at the Arrivals exit with my name very clearly visible on a large card. He was very courteous and carried all our luggage to the nearby taxi. During the transfer he pointed out various places of interest and on arrival carried our luggage into the hotel. The same driver arrived exactly on time at our hotel for the return transfer 3 days later and put our luggage on a trolley on arrival at Prague Airport Departures Terminal. We plan to return to Prague soon and will definitely use "Prague Airport Transfers" again. Highly recommended!, Graham Welch

Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the excellent service provided to us on our recent trip to Prague. We were delayed coming through the airport due to baggage problems but your driver waited patiently and was very welcoming when we finally appeared. He took us to where the car was waiting nearby and as we had our 2 year old with us had even brought a bag of toys to keep her occupied for the journey. Very thoughtful! Wish to complement you on the service that you provide, we had two different drivers, Ing Libor Kapicka and his brother. They were both superb, pointed out places of interest that we passed and were interested in our experiences in Prague. If your other drivers are as good you will be very successful. If you can put on your website a feedback section I will be very happy to be the first to give you justified praise. One suggestion if you and your drivers are able to do it under local regulations, offer the customers from the airport a two or three hour trip to introduce them to Prague and provide them with a decent map. The ones we had were difficult to read but we did get one from checkpoint scale 1: 15000 that helped us to move about the city. Just a short note of thanks for arranging our airport taxi's. The taxi driver Petr was waiting for us even though the flight had been delayed by 2 hours and then was at the Hotel as planned for our return to the airport.
