On our journey into Prague, we were given really useful hints about what to do. On our return transfer, Lukas, our driver, told us the airport was closed because of snow. He constantly sought to find out more information and even took us to his local cafe so we could get some lunch rather that just dump us at the airport. When we arrived at the airport, he waited to make sure we did not need him to take us back into Prague. As well as the normal things to expect such as reliability, value and comfort, in our mind, this was exceptional service. I would definitely use this shuttle company again.

In most case there's no surcharge for special requests but in some situation when disabled passenger can't use ordinary car there might be surcharge as we have to use special vehicle (this vehicle is subject to availability). If you departing early in the morning it might be difficult to arrange a taxi. We operate 24/7. Also if you are in group of 4 passengers be aware that some airport taxis take only 3 passengers and charge for extra large bags etc, we don't !
