We have just returned from our wonderful holiday in Europe. I wanted to send your company a "thank you" for the superb service that we were given on 22 and 23 May. We arrived at the airport in Prague two hours late because our flight was initially turned around for a sick passenger. However, when we arrived, you driver, was present and waiting in the lobby of the airport. What a relief that was to have the driver there after we arrived late. On Friday we took your offer of the free walking tour of the city and it was fabulous and this goes down to your guide Šárka Kačabová she was excellent and we all got on very well with her, please pass on our thanks and gratitude of a very well presented tour and we all learnt a lot of the history of Prague and the Czech Republic from her. On the Sunday we again used your services and had a trip to Cesky Krumlov via Ceske Budejovice Peter your driver turned up at the hotel on time and met with me and explained all before setting off. He was a very polite driver with safety always at the fore. He explained some of the history and sights on the way and was always there to answer any questions we had he also took us to Marianské lazne on the Monday and again what an excellent trip we had. All of my party were inpressed with the committment of your staff and we want to pass on our thanks to Peter. On Tuesday although we didnt want to go back home but your driver was ther on time and got us to the airport in time for us to have a easy departure, Thank you once again and please pass on our thanks to all the staff that have been working with me on this trip including Sarka, Peter, Libor, Zuzana, Michaela and Ralitza back in the UK office. It was very nice to be met at the airport as arranged and the driver was professional and courteous as promised. He arrived 5 minutes early for the return trip to the airport which was very welcome.
