With our generous terms and conditions, you'll be compensated for your Prague transfers in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
We guarantee your money back if you have a valid reason not to be satisfied with our Prague transport service. Even if you haven't paid in advance for your transfer service with us, you're still entitled to compensation. For example, if you intend to pay in cash but your driver is late, we won't charge you. Or, if your driver doesn't arrive and you need to use alternative transport, we'll pay you for the inconvenience, even if you haven't yet paid for the service.
Our promise
If we fail to pick you up at the arranged time due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control, we'll compensate you for the resulting inconvenience, subject to our conditions. To be entitled to your claim, contact us immediately if you can't find your driver when you arrive at the train station or airport at the time you specified. Please note that we won't pay a compensation amount greater than the cost of the Prague transfer that you've booked.
Payments
When paying for your Prague transport service in cash, we accept Czech currency (CZK), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US$. If you're paying in cash and have booked a return journey, please pay your driver the full amount for both journeys when you arrive at your hotel. Once you've paid, your driver will give you a transport voucher, which you will present to the driver on your return leg in lieu of money. Alternatively, you can also pay for each journey separately if you prefer.
If you're paying by credit card, we'll charge your card in CZK - note that the exchange rate may vary depending on your bank's exchange rate. If you pay with a credit card in advance online, your driver will be informed so there's nothing more for you to do. If you're paying your driver by credit card on arrival, note that we don't accept Maestro or Visa Electron cards.
If you're an EU corporate client and are paying by invoice for your Prague transfers, note that your bill will be due 14 days from the invoice's date of issue.
Waiting Fee Charge
If your journey has multiple stops (for example, you want to travel to one location where we wait for you before taking you somewhere else), we will charge a waiting fee of 220 CZK / hr (7.30 GBP). If your flight (or train) is delayed, you won't be charged this fee.
Cancellation (ordinary taxi, shuttle, coach)
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, visit the link provided in the confirmation email, send us an email, or call us before you leave, or at least three hours before arriving in Prague. If you've already paid for your journey, we'll give you a full refund. If you're booking a return Prague transfer and are paying by credit card, unfortunately no partial refund is available. If your airline cancels your flight, please let us know so we can inform our driver.
Limousine Cancellation (luxury vehicles)
Cancellations of luxury limousines (such as Lincoln vehicles) are subject to different cancellation terms and conditions than our regular Prague transport services. The reservation cancellation should be made at least 24 hours prior to the planned trip, failing which we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.

In the unlikely event that you arrive in Prague and no driver is waiting for you at the train station or airport, call us either on our toll free number (00-870-888), or our local number (420-777-777-237). For your convenience, public phones are located in the arrivals lobby.
