We currently have limited customer service staffing. We encourage you to find quick answers to your questions by searching the FAQs or sending us an email.

Our phone support is available Mon – Sun 08:00 to 18:00.

Due to recent current events and limited number of drivers, outside of our business hours we are able provide bookings only with 12hrs notice.

Before making a booking from or to the Airport, please make sure that you are allowed to enter or exit the Czech Republic due to the coronavirus travel restrictions.

It is recommended to review all exceptions and conditions to travel to/from the Czech Republic, by visiting the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic’s website.

You might also contact your airline to check whether you are allowed to travel and if your booked flight has not been cancelled. To view a list of resumed routes operating to/from Prague Airport, please click on the link here.

Refunds might take up to 14 days to be processed, although we try to handle them as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For earlier bookings, please book your transfer via our call centre.
On most occasions we deliver your car in max. 15 minutes if your pickup is in Prague City Centre.
