Prices are per vehicle, not per person, for your whole group to any address or hotel in Krakow, including any taxes and tolls. For a larger coach for twenty or more passengers, ask us for a quote.

Waiting Charge
If the driver waits for you or you book a multi-stop transfer, for example while you visit one city before continuing to another, a waiting charge is added to your fare.
Minivan Special Offer
Many airport taxis take only three passengers and may not fit large bags in a sedan. We take groups of up to four passengers with their luggage in a larger vehicle at a special price: choose “Minivan” (4 seats) when you book online. The offer does not apply to groups of five or more, who travel by minibus at the standard price.
Stopover Tip
Stop for a few hours on the way to visit Auschwitz (German Nazi Concentration and Extermination Camp), then continue to Krakow. Allow at least two hours for your visit. A waiting charge is added, so the price will be slightly higher.
FAQs: Transfers Between Prague and Krakow
No, we do not run shared shuttles outside Prague. For a cheaper trip, consider the train or bus: we can take you from the airport to the train or bus station and advise you on the best connection.
Our prices include all fees, but not an optional tip for the driver. Tipping is not mandatory, but if you are happy with the service, a tip of between 5 and 10% is much appreciated.
Yes. You can choose this option when you book. Please note that it costs slightly more than the standard vehicle.

For a group of three to six passengers on a longer trip, with plenty of luggage, we recommend our minivan. For up to two passengers with large bags, or three with medium-sized bags, a sedan is the better choice and gives you a more comfortable ride. Not sure? Send us your details and our support team will recommend the best vehicle.
Please check the vehicle details on our fleet page, or email us before you book. If you have a lot of luggage, your group will probably not fit in our standard minibuses for up to 8 passengers. In that case, we would need to arrange a large (and considerably more expensive) minibus for up to 20 passengers, possibly with a luggage carrier.
Yes. All our drivers speak English as well as their native Czech, and some speak other languages too. They are happy to talk about local culture, share tips on places of interest and answer your questions.
If you think your bags will not fit in a standard sedan, it is always safer to pre-book a minibus.
Yes. Short stops of up to 15 minutes are free of charge. Longer stops may incur a waiting charge; you are welcome to discuss this with your driver.

For up to four passengers we use a sedan (such as a Volkswagen Passat or Škoda Superb) or a van (such as a Volkswagen Transporter or Mercedes Vito). Groups of up to eight travel in a van. Larger groups travel in several vehicles or in a minibus such as a Mercedes Sprinter. Depending on availability, we may upgrade you to a better class free of charge. Usually, the best and cheapest option is a Same Day Return transfer: you pay only the one-way fare plus waiting, not a return trip. You can return to Prague either to the airport or to the city centre.
Of course. We drive between Prague and Krakow in both directions. If your transfer does not start in Prague, you pay for it in full in advance.
