Where Three Countries Meet
Zittau lies in the far south-east of Saxony, close to where Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland meet. In the Middle Ages it was one of the six towns of the Lusatian League, and its old town still has fine squares, churches and town houses. Its best-known treasure is the Great Zittau Lenten Veil from 1472, shown in the Church of the Holy Cross.
Just south of the town rise the Zittau Mountains, Germany's smallest low mountain range, with sandstone rocks, hiking trails and the castle and monastery ruins of Oybin. A narrow-gauge steam railway runs from Zittau into the mountains to Oybin and Jonsdorf. A private transfer takes you from Prague straight to your hotel or holiday home, with no changes on the way.

Waiting Charge
If the driver waits for you or you book a multi-stop transfer, for example while you visit one city before continuing to another, a waiting charge is added to your fare.
Minivan Special Offer
Many airport taxis take only three passengers and may not fit large bags in a sedan. We take groups of up to four passengers with their luggage in a larger vehicle at a special price: choose “Minivan” (4 seats) when you book online. The offer does not apply to groups of five or more, who travel by minibus at the standard price.

Yes. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall at Prague Airport and takes you directly to your university residence or flat in Zittau. If you travel with more than two large suitcases, choose a minivan when you book.

For a group of three to six passengers on a longer trip, with plenty of luggage, we recommend our minivan. For up to two passengers with large bags, or three with medium-sized bags, a sedan is the better choice and gives you a more comfortable ride. Not sure?
